📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there’s a delay due to high volume or special events (like a book launch), we’ll notify you via email.
🌍 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days after processing.International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. Some delays may occur due to customs or local postal services.Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.
🚚 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
❗ Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number .We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to carrier issues, but we’ll do our best to help resolve the situation.
💌 Preorders & Signed Copies
Preordered items or signed copies may have different shipping windows. Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page. If you order additional items with a preorder, they may ship together once all items are available.
